2. Team Safety Protocols
2.1 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

3. Client Property Protection
3.1 Before Work Begins
- Complete photographic documentation of the work area and surrounding areas
- Furniture and fixtures covered with protective drop cloths and plastic sheets
- Flooring protected with canvas drop cloths (not plastic, to prevent slipping)
- Switchboards, door frames, window frames masked with painter's tape
- Air conditioning units and vents covered to prevent paint ingress
- Plants and outdoor items moved or covered for exterior work
3.2 During Work
- Work areas kept clean and organised throughout the day
- Paint containers sealed when not in active use
- Tools and materials stored safely to prevent trips and falls
- Daily cleanup at end of each working day
3.3 After Completion
- All protective coverings removed carefully
- Floors swept and mopped
- Furniture uncovered and repositioned
- All waste materials, empty cans, and debris removed from site
- Final inspection with client to ensure no damage to property
4. Health Considerations
- We use low-VOC and eco-friendly paints where available and suitable
- Adequate ventilation is maintained during and after painting
- We advise clients to keep rooms ventilated for 24-48 hours after painting
- Infants, pregnant women, elderly, and those with respiratory conditions should avoid freshly painted rooms until fully cured
- If any family member has known allergies to paint or chemical products, please inform us before work begins so we can select appropriate materials
