Comprehensive details about how we deliver our wall painting and wall design services.

1. Scope of Services

RadyannaSuvar Pvt Ltd ("RadyannaSuvar," "we") provides professional wall painting and wall design services exclusively. Our services include interior wall painting, exterior wall painting, texture painting, accent wall creation, geometric pattern design, artistic murals, 3D wall effects, ombre gradients, stencil work, colour consultation, and surface preparation. We do not provide wallpaper installation, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general contracting services.

2. Service Area

We currently serve Chennai and surrounding areas within a 50 km radius of our office, including but not limited to: Adyar, T. Nagar, Velachery, Anna Nagar, Besant Nagar, OMR, ECR, Porur, Tambaram, Sholinganallur, Thiruvanmiyur, Mylapore, Nungambakkam, Alwarpet, and Guindy. For locations beyond our standard service area, additional travel charges may apply.

3. Service Process

3.1 Enquiry

You can reach us via WhatsApp, phone call, email, or the contact form on our Website. We respond to all enquiries within 2-4 hours during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday).

3.2 Site Assessment

For accurate quotation, we conduct a site visit (free within Chennai city limits) to assess wall conditions, measure areas, discuss requirements, and understand your vision. For preliminary estimates, we can also work with photographs and measurements shared via WhatsApp.

3.3 Quotation

Based on the assessment, we provide a detailed written quotation specifying: scope of work, materials to be used (brand and type), number of coats, surface preparation included, estimated timeline, total cost breakdown, payment schedule, and warranty terms. Quotations are valid for 15 days.

3.4 Confirmation & Scheduling

Upon acceptance of the quotation and receipt of advance payment (30-50% of total), we confirm the booking and provide a start date. We procure materials and assign our team accordingly.

3.5 Execution

Our team arrives on the scheduled date with all necessary materials and equipment. Work is carried out systematically: furniture protection, surface preparation, primer application, paint/design application, quality inspection, and cleanup.

3.6 Completion & Handover

Upon completion, we conduct a walkthrough with you to ensure satisfaction. Any touch-ups or corrections are done immediately. Final payment is collected, and warranty documentation is provided.

4. Working Hours and Conditions

  • Standard hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • Sunday/Holiday work: Available upon request with 15% surcharge
  • Team size: Typically 2-4 painters depending on project size
  • Supervision: A project coordinator oversees quality and progress
  • Breaks: Our team takes a 30-minute lunch break (12:30 PM - 1:00 PM)
  • Noise: Sanding and preparation work may generate noise; we minimise disruption where possible

5. Materials and Quality Standards

  • We use only premium-grade paints from reputed brands (Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac, Dulux, or equivalent)
  • All materials are BIS-certified and comply with Indian safety standards
  • We use low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) products where available
  • Material selection is discussed and agreed upon with the client before procurement
  • We do not use counterfeit, diluted, or substandard materials under any circumstances
  • Empty paint containers are shown to the client as proof of material used

6. Surface Preparation

Proper surface preparation is critical for a lasting finish. Our standard preparation includes:

  • Removal of loose or flaking old paint
  • Sanding rough surfaces for smooth finish
  • Filling minor cracks and holes with putty (up to 2mm width)
  • Primer application (1-2 coats as needed)
  • Dust removal and surface cleaning

Note: Major structural repairs, waterproofing, or extensive crack treatment are outside our scope and must be addressed by the client before painting begins. We will advise if such work is needed during our assessment.

7. Warranty and After-Service

  • Interior painting: 1-year workmanship warranty against peeling, bubbling, or uneven application
  • Exterior painting: 1-year workmanship warranty (weather-related fading is excluded)
  • Wall design/texture: 6-month workmanship warranty
  • Warranty claims: Report issues with photographs via WhatsApp within 7 days of noticing them
  • Inspection: We will inspect within 5 working days of receiving a claim
  • Rectification: Valid claims are rectified within 15 working days at no cost

Warranty does not cover damage from water leaks, structural movement, impact, chemicals, normal wear, or modifications made by third parties after our work.

8. Client Obligations During Service

  • Provide clear access to work areas on all scheduled days
  • Ensure electricity and water availability
  • Remove or secure valuables, electronics, and fragile items
  • Keep children and pets away from work areas for safety
  • Designate a point of contact for day-to-day decisions
  • Communicate any concerns promptly rather than after project completion

9. What We Protect

Before starting work, our team will:

  • Cover all furniture with protective sheets
  • Mask switchboards, door frames, and window frames with tape
  • Lay drop cloths on flooring
  • Protect fixtures and fittings from paint splatter

After completion, we remove all protective materials and clean the work area thoroughly.

10. Changes and Additions

If you wish to change the scope of work after the project has begun (e.g., additional walls, different colours, design modifications), please communicate this to your project coordinator. Changes may affect the timeline and cost. A revised quotation will be provided for approval before proceeding with any additions.
